City of Ipswich Flood Recovery
A year after the 2011 floods in Ipswich, Queensland, the community felt they had attended more than enough barbecues and community meetings. The Arty Party project was created as a means of bringing the community together over creative pursuits, along with the provision of support services, in a new context. The project was funded by the Queensland and Federal Governments as part of the creative recovery pilot project.
