Description: Dixons Creek was significantly impacted during the 2009 Victorian bushfires. The Firestick project is a partnership between the community, school and local Wurundjeri people to better understand Indigenous land management methods, good and bad fire impacts, and how the community and land can heal through the use of traditional indigenous burning methods.
